How do you take your Liquid products???

How do you take your liquid products? ie Nolva, A-dex. I always put them into a capsule and swallow them but I have been just washing the liquid down with water and I don't think the products are working as good as they usualy do. Do you think that one way is more effective than the other when taking liquid products such as Nolva?

I take them with juice myself. I think most people do it that way..

for pct if you decide to use both liquid clomid and nolva....can you mix both in the same drink (assuming you decide to take them that way) or should you take them seperately?

I always take my liquids together. Just less of a hassle
