How do you take the super clens??

My buddy said they are something like 50X more effective, and that they also have a chemical in them called Ketotifen (sp?).
If they are that strong, i am guessing you need to break the pill up. But how so, into 50ths?? They are from our eggroll guy.

I would not go over 1/2 ED..... start with 1/3. DOnt do 1 tab since this stuff is really strong. I tried once and believe me, I still remember how bad it was....

usually, into 1/4's and move up from there.

i am guessing you need a pill cutter. Rice man's stuff is usually very small and compact.
