How Do you stop the E-mails?

Can someone explain to me, how I can stop the incessant e-mails received for every single post?

Go to "profile" at teh top of the page, and then to "edit profile" There is a check box in there somewhere. And don't forget to click "submit changes" when done.

Make sure you unsubscribe to the posts your already subscribed to, or you'll keep getting them even after you've changed you options.
