We Long Islanders would like to thank you for Chris Osgood
Even with Yashin, Peca, Parrish, etc if we still had DiPietro in net, we'd suck. Osgood rules. I liked him since his days in Detroit and I wanted him here badly. When the season was about to start and he was still a Wing I was pissed. Then outta nowhere he was here.

God the Islanders are a joke. They'll finally make the playoffs after a 30 year absence but man if you think they'll get through the first round with players like kavasha, parrish, yashin you have another thing coming. Peca is great, Osgood is alright but they aren't a Stanley Cup contender. Rangers are even better then the islanders and i even hate to say that.
