I want to see how much I can bench today. I currently take 25-30mg Oxandralone daily with good results. My questions. -
How much extra Ox and when before big lift?I don't use creatine but have some on hand. I hear it works great with OX. How long before big lift with creatine if I don't regulary use it (I know...I should use regularly)
How would you warm up as far as weights if you are shooting for x amount of weight?
