How do you measure out powder???

I have 100grams of this powder, and need to split it into 250mg dosages, but all the postal scales I've seen measure in grams and ounces, so how would you suggest I do this...besides mixing it in liquor.

Go to your local hemp shop they should have some for about $45-200

exactly. You can also get them at jewelery stores as they are made for measuring jewels.
The good digital ones should cost around 90-150 dollars. Make sure you get one that measures
in increments of tenths of a gram or smaller.
