How do you keep stiches(sp) from scaring?

Got in a car wreck and have about 58 stiches on my throat and some on my hand. How the hell do I keep these from always being there and how do I heal them fast?

I got in a fight a couple months ago. Got hit on the dome. My forehead got split open, and knuckles all fucked up. anyway....I got stitches. I used neosporin while it was still healing, then after the stitches were pulled out I've been using this stuff called "Scar Gel". I got it at GNC. My scar is almost completely gone.


P.S. don't worry,I got him back.....someones walking around with a really fucked up smile.
