Profasi (HCG) vials say "for IM only". I've heard ppl say subcutaneously is OK as well, but what's another IM injection if you're juicing?

Just use a 29 5/8 slin and stick in your quad. You won't feel a thing. You don't need to use it subQ

sub-Q means into the fat generally with an slin syringe..

Pinch your skin (usually around the stomach) inject into the little pocket underneath the skin you pinched.

or muscle as stated still works.

Administration of the compound is either by intra-muscular or subcutaneous injection. It comes as a powder which needs to be mixed with the sterile water. The powder is temperature-sensitive prior to mixing and should not be exposed to direct heat. After mixing, it should be kept refrigerated and used within a few weeks - though there are sterility issues which need to be considered after mixing.
