I have been trying to get my diet up to where it should be but how in the hell do you guys get enough protein in a day. From what I've read, to do it right you need about 2g of protein / lb. body weight. That makes 480g / day for me.
Thats a lot of meat, whey, soy, beans, milk etc.. in a day considering the most concentrated protein food is only about 23% protein.
If I drink too many whey shakes I get the shits somethin' crazy and dehydrate (is that normal)
How do you guys fit it all in?
