How do you foolios get so RIPPED?

yo brahs, i've been reading this thread for awhile now. I noticed a lot of your avatars have pictures of either yourself taking a picture of your body or some hot chick pulling down her panties to tease us (asses!). anyways, i don't know if you guys have heard of this program, but it's called Muscle Now by Francesco. Maybe you have, or maybe you haven't, but the basic principle is the same, more calories = more gain. Now, with all of you with your avatars of "yourself" how the fuck did u get so cut? is that years of work or are u guys just crazy metabolizers? Cuz honestly, won't "normal" people put on mucho fat if they eat a lot of calories? I honestly don't think I can obtain that sort of body like scaggs or other people have. You guys are so damn ripped. Do you take supplements?

I mean, I eat 5 meals a day, I carb up on complex carbs and i eat protein every meal. I intake about 200+g of protein a day. I do cardio, run and precor for 30 min with heartrate around 140-160 bpm. I usually train to full intensity, failing on every set. I'm just scared i'm gonna get muscle gains and get fat at the same time? Basically this thread is asking, did you ripped foolios get fat, how long did it take you to get so defined, and does it depend on your genetics if you're gonna get fat or not? thanx guys

While im nowhere near some of the guys with pictures, ive been bodybuilding for the best part of a year and im noticing a great difference. i do little or no areobic work and am still pretty lean. ive got jelly rolls when i sit down though and could do with losing excess fat around my abdomin.
i'll be like these guys in a couple of years.
 
2,4 - Dinitrophenol, it causes the inner mitochondrial membrane to be permeable to protons. All the energy that comes from glucose/ketones used to send protons across the gradient is wasted since it leaks back into the mitochondrial matrix...So basically your body burns all available fuel (fat/muscle/food) but you gain no energy in the process, you just get a fuckload of heat from the glucose metabolism. It's very very dangerous shit, its carcinogenic, it sends your body temperature through the roof and it can fuck up your energy metabolism. Lots of people died using it or became very very sick. But of course the bright side is that you can lose a pound of fat per day :) perhaps more.

I have taken it before but only for 2 weeks. I am already pretty lean. You sweat like a bitch though when you take it. If you are not careful you can
actually cook your organs while taking it!
 
Advice:

If you are unable to construct a solid dietary plan of attack to make most if not all of your progress, you have NO business testing your intelligence/skills w/DNP.

I don't think he is asking how to cut, he is asking how to grow and not be a fat ass ever..

What I've noticed the most is if you want to stay natural and just gain lean mass its about sticking with body buildling for years, the first 2 months are easy and you see big gains after that its slow and teadeus.. just keep on training 'OR FUCKING DIE'

DNP is like a thermogenic on steroids. It can increase your metabolism
by about 50% with a 5mg does daily. You could possibly lose 7 pounds
of fat in week. If you were to take as much as 8mg a day you could
end up dead. So no one should ever try DNP unless they really know what they are doing and don't mind taking such a big risk.

that's basically he right question. i guess my question is that i understand u need more calories than your body can burn for you to gain muscle. I was just wondering for those of you that are pretty lean and with hard, tight bodies, doesn't eating that HUGE amount of food result in some fat gain? Is it possible to gain the muscle while losing the fat thus being "cut?"

I bought that penta-protein powder from protein factory and it's supposed to help in gaining lean muscle. I'm not really a n00b, i'm just a little less knowledable around this area. Can someone inform me a little? My only explanation is that your metabolism must be sky high for you to lose the fat like that.

get on a low carb/low glycemic diet. Drink shit loads of water. Up to 2 gallons a day. Avoid the bad fats. Avoid simple sugars and processed foods. Don't workout....BUT INSTEAD TRAIN LIKE AN ANIMAL! This way you don't have to get on that damn treadmill that never seems to make fat people lose fat! If you have a job that requires sitting all day, then get up every now and then a take a walk. A walk to the bathroom to pee because that's what your going to be doing with all that water you'll be drinking! LOL :)
