Meal Planning while on a cutting cycle... How do you do it?

How maticulus are you about your diet?

Do you prepare meals in advance?

How do you psyche yourself out from not cheating?

What are some of tha extreme measures you take to keep your
diet on target?

You just don't cheat.

It's that simple.

Don't even give yourself the option.
 
yeah when i am on a precontest diet i dont cheat at all..i really dont have to have any motivation i just do it. once u get started it isnt that hard.

It's all about BEING a WARRIOR.
Not giving a fuck about temptations.
Looking temptation in the eye and laughing at it.

I was hoping people would share some more tips or motivational words, as i feel this might help some people out who are in need.

Bottom line is... Not to Pussy out.

I just ask myself what I'd rather have.

5 minutes of bliss in eating the shit food.

Or 24 hours of pride and satisfaction, knowing I did the right thing by not.
 
im cutting right now, and it definately sucks but im started to get use to it. the only things i hate are eating basically the same foods everyday. and everything w/ no salt. =(
i seem to chew my food forever because it has no taste, lol.. another thing thats hard to deal with while u are cutting is people teling u that you are getting smaller.. i just say "Give me about 16 more weeks and we'll see who looks better." :)
 
well while cutting i "bodyopus" while on 500mg of enanthate per week.i have a meal plan for every day,i kno how many calories, grams of fat and protein for each meal.i stick to that for 4-8weeks.if i can.
 
I usually prepare 3 of my meals ahead of time and put them in tupperware. Get a picture in your mind, or even better a real picture out of a mag, of what you want to look like. Every time you feel like cheating, ask yourself if you would rather look like the picture or have the food. Also, just thinking about how good it feels to be ripped helps.
