How do you "cut" after a bulking cycle?

I'm just starting a cycle. After it's done, I will still probably have ~10lbs of body fat I want to lose.

During my cycle I plan on doing no cardio (except a few walks and bike rides etc.) I will be eating to gain.

What I am wandering is how to best cut after the cycle. Obviously I will crank up the cardio. I assume I will drop my caloric intake from carbs and keep the protein high. My main question is what I should do about training. I notice that when I am on lowish carbs I don't have the energy to have full intensity workouts and it gets frustrating when I can't even manage half my normal weights. Should I just do what I can manage for weights, switch to low weight+high reps, or take a break completely?

It depends on if you are planning on bridging or coming off AAS completely.

If you are not going to be using any AAS then cutting after your bulking cycle is a very bad idea...

Think about it for a min. you just spent the past 8-10 weeks force feeding your body with more food than normal...now you have no natural test production, your body is not used to the extra weight and you are in the most catabolic state outside of surgery.

If you drop your calories, increase your cardio and do not use any gear you are going to lose over 50% of your gains...

My advice is wait a few months after your cycle ends before you begin to cut or bridge....

Makes sense, however my cycle is so mild you are going to laugh (my goals are not to get HUGE)..... 7 weeks of 300mg primo.... so although the gains will be small, my natural test should not be affected right? Apparantly you can even use primo on low cal, but I think with high cal the gains will be better?

man you aint gonna gain shit from that cycle, my bro was bigger than me before my 1st cycle and we took our 1st cycles at the same time, his was 400mg/primo for 8 weeks while mine was dbol/test/fina and now im more noticeably bigger than him, hes kickin himself for wasting a cycle like that. You said your not lookin to get huge, so go natural for now, and anything more than 200mg primo does effect the hpta.
 
Well I would not call that a bulking cycle...heh heh

But you are right you can go on a restricted diet while on primo. At 300mg your hpta should only be slightly suppressed..It really depends on your body though.

The only real way to know is to have it tested...I would say it is not worth the cost for you.

Don't expect to gain very much muscle...unless it is your first cycle and you have great genetics and eat like a pig

Actually I don't even know what the substance is, it is definately not real schering, could be active ingredient or EQ so thats the main reason I am going to pig out just incase it's not primo.

The only juices I ever want to take would be primo, EQ, deca, masteron, anavar and maybe winny. Don't want any sides, and want permanant mass so that will be at the expense of not getting HUGE.

So perhaps after the cycle is done, I will just keep going for say another 6 weeks and then start doing lots of cardio (but low intensity) and cut the cals back...How does that sound? (Sounds to me like I am ignoring everyones advice and doing what I want :P)
 
The general consensus is that you will not gain a lot or anything on a primo only cycle.

I have lifted with a guy who claimed to use only primo, and he was shredded and jacked, he may have added d-bol or a small amount of test, but I believe he was telling the truth and used primo only.

I have 40 amps of primo in transit and considering a cycle of primo and d-bol.
 
Cool.... my goals are not the same as I would say most ppl here. I would be happy with a body like say Evander Hollyfield rather than current popular BBs. Do you know where I can get something that will make me black :P

Anyway this is sort of a trial cycle. I have some deca coming and will do that with real primo around xmas.

My workout partner did 7 weeks of only 200mg primo and he is now ripped, about 6% bf and looks like 1/2 inch muscle mass added all over... he did start with a little more mass and a lot less fat than I....

Gear can be very safe or very unsafe.... it depends on whether you know how to stack and use proper dosages of each substance...I can not believe what I read in the above statement...If you do not know what the substance is do not use it...What if it is liquid Dbol and you shoot 300mg once a week...First you will not gain much because it would need to be used ed and 300mg would shock your body...talk about not being worried about sides...ugh...

Well if you want some real advice I would consider not using any gear until you educate yourself a little more. I can tell from reading your post that you are very young...I remember the haphazard attitude that I had as well as my brother had...Thank god that nothing ever happened to us...Good luck...because I know you will not listen to this advice either.
