Intersting book that probes the mysteries of the human mind!

More people need to find God. Christianity always cures all that ails you.

Um, maybe because, Christianity give people the hope to save their soul, not their body. People who believe in Christianity believe that after life on earth they will live in heaven for eternity. They don't believe that they will magically be cured of disease and hunger.

If religion could cure all physical ills and social problems then everyone would become a high preist.

Also those people deserve to die.
They live on a totally different continent, don't look like me, and speak gobledy-gook to anyone that will listen all day. I don't even know how the hell they can understand each other.
Maybe if they put on some clothes and bought a plane ticket to a real country, then they'd be real Christians.

Christianity cures good people. The ones that aren't cured were just hiding something. Something evil.

vixen did you see where migraines cause permanent lesions in the brain?

No, I've only read about the scotoma(sp) effect in regards to migraine sufferers thus far.

Have you read the book, Lum?

Sometimes I understand why the word douchebag was assigned to OMGWTFBBQ.

I still like to think that he has a good heart behind that contankerous mind.

Seriously though, Jesus can cure depression. Anything else is just nonsensical mumbo-jumbo. Doctors don't know what the hell is going on up in there, and pharmaceutical companies are just trying to sell you sugar so their fat cat owners and shareholders can buy more high priced hookers.
That's not very Christian.

If you are a good person, you believe in God and Jesus will save you.

But like JuicePimp said, don't expect a miracle cure - those are what the infidels will proclaim.
It is obvious that a "cure" is impossible and the only truth is a magical land of plenty and eternity that awaits you after your short life of horrible misery.
This suckfest that makes up what you call a life is merely a test to get you in through the door of eternal bliss.
Unless you have dark skin or talk funny. Then you are fucked, you heathen.

There is a GREAT Dutch book on dementation, from the first person, written by J. Bernlef, which is really a pseudonym of Hendrik Jan Marsman.

Its called HersenSchimmen in Dutch, which would directly translate as Brainshadows, but the actual english translation is called "Out Of Mind"

written in 1984. You can find it if you want to
