i read that when you're on gh, your natty gh shuts down like testo shuts down with test e p or c.
but to recover from test we use clomid

what about gh how do i start my natty gh after i stop using it?

How long and at what dose have you been using gh? Every day or EOD? There is no real pct for growth hormone. Your levels will come back naturally. Your sleep might be messed up for a few days and your blood sugar levels will be off, so you should get some blood work done. Stay off for awhile before you start again. Try melatonin for sleep and some ALA or n2slin for your blood sugar.

It isn't long just 2-3 months of 5iu per day(no off).

so i should just stop and it will come back on, i hope you're right lol, i really don't want to fcuk myself up.

Melatonin gave me fcuked up sleep when i was natty, would wake up 4 times at night when i took it

should i be worried about blood sugar levels?
tbh i never gave a fcuk about blood pressure, RBC whenever i used AAS idk but it simply didn't seemed that risky to me.

At 2-3 months you should be fine, usually gh cycles run 6 months.

High blood sugar and insulin resistance among other issues can be a concern with gh use

You just stop. There is no PCT for HGH. After age 25 it declines naturally.
