How do you cheat?

One day a week or just a meal a week?

What does a cheat day look like?

I, for one, crave for sweets and sometimes I like to binge on.
Could binging a day a week, or every 2 weeks ,hamper progress and add fat?
 
dont binge for one day a week, thats too much. If your gonna cheat for a whole day then I would do it only once every few weeks or once a month. What you could do is one day a week eat your sweets in the morning(then you have a better shot at burning off some of the cals/carbs/sugar. If you really felt the need to cheat more try and find something that isnt as bad(but still doesnt have to be perfect) and you could do it twice a week. After a while you will prob get more used to your diet and feel guilty and not wanna cheat anyway. I know if I do its only cause I end up in a situation that kinda forces me to, or if I cheat by accident(like mixing carbs and fat).
 
Fri , Sat, and Sun Night are my Cheat Meals, They only last a few hours, include no fat and alot of simple and complex carbs.

Mon-Thurs I weight train+cardio 1st thing in the morn
Then I eat like
30-50 grams of carbs a day
40-60 grams of fat
200+ protein

Ive been gaining like 1lb every couple weeks but I am seeing more cuts and gains, I think Im gaining Muscle mass and decreasing BF% but Im not sure how well this is really working, its enjoyable anyway.

This Friday Im gonna eat.......
4-5PM
14oz box Lucky Charms

5-6pm
1/2 gal Fat free so sugar added dreyers raspberry swirl Ice cream
with the air stirred out of it.

6-7P
12oz Box Special K w/ berries or maybe 15 oz box Frosted Flakes.

Add some FF milk in there, ALA, Chromium, Doobie, and an excedrin migrane and Im chillin.
