How do you bulk????

Both, find out what your basal metabolic rate is and go a few thousand cals higher than that. The tricky part is trying to keep it all clean food, pretty hard to do so fat will accumulate a bit w/ the muscle.
 
I eat everything and dont count BUT it is still clean. Lol, I thought I was dieting but found out I was still eating 3k everyday when I actually counted it, doh. Bulking is WAY easy for me. I can eat 10k calories if the opprotunity arises.

Actually I find bulking to be much harder, it is pretty hard to consume 4-5k cals of clean food thoughout the day.
 
I am going to eat like crazy this time, and worry about cutting down afterward.

I am eating Steak, whole eggs, peanut butter, mass protein shakes as the cornerstone of my calories and protein intake. Taking in plenty of carbs as well.. I was going to count, but I think I am just going to eat eat eat..

BTW - My Cycle is the following:

Week 1-12 Test LE 600mg/week
Week 1-12 EQ 600mg/week
Week 1-5 T-Bol 60mg ED

Arimidex and Proper PCT of course..

Exactly. If you are eating very clean, things like chicken and vegetables for example, the volume you have to eat is crazy. Its not like eating a donut and getting 500 calories.
 
I eat like fucking crazy and then cut...

And no if you are taking in 2xlb bodyweight in protein and getting quality carbs and fats its not that hard to hit 6000 calories... atleast for me...lol

Yeah if you try to keep it clean it becomes MUCH harder to get tons of cals and bulk effectively. Its easy to eat 10,000 cals of crap...
 
eat, eat, and then eat more..

but try to stay away from bad fats.
LOTS of carbs is the key!
