I don't know what each is called if i had to guess by the way i was taught it would be a four point.

It always gave a big knot when i did it My gramps could never tie his own i'd tie them for him.

When i get it just the way i want it I leave it that way

i just slip the small end till it fits over my head and take it off and leave it in the drawer tied

next time i just put it on
