This guy I work with who is about 35, (looks about 50) survives from day to day consuming 10-15 cups of coffee, a couple of pints of milk and 6-12 pints of beer every night, literally no solid food. He also survives on 3-4 hours sleep a night and insists on telling me the gory details about what he gets up to with his equally fat and ugly wife every night. The guy has just had several surgeries to remove a ton of varicose veins from his legs, he sits at about 250pounds with 40-50% bodyfat, permanently feels tired and can't walk up a flight of stairs without having a heartattack (not literally, that would be very inconveniant for al concerned), but you get the picture. How can someone let themselves slip into such a shitty cycle.
