How do prevent a "Test belly"?

I never had fat on my stomach till I did Test. I though it was water retention but it never went away! Is this unavoidable? Do you work abs while on a Test cycle? HOW DO YOU FUCKERS WITH NICE ABS GET THEM?

Eat anything and everything. I am very thin. I just have a little bit of agrevating flab around my belly button area. I am probably 10% body fat at the most.

quadruple your h2o intake. Its most likely just water. Test doesnt make you fat. It doesnt take too long to get rid of it when you drink tons of h20. good luck

This is silly advice. Here is a fact. You may have had, depending on your test dosage, a high ammount of estrogen circulating in your bady when an a test cycle. This WILL cause fat gain. Not the test, but the aromatose proces and the estrogen it produces WILL HELP YOU GET FAT, FAST I MIGHT ASS.

My suggestion is to do a cutting cycle with a strict diet and some yohimburn and cardion. Also the previousley suggested Arimidex/liquidex is a good idea also and should ALWAYS be used with test. I also like for Nolvadex to be used a swell.

There was a great post awhile back about one of the mods doing a cycle of strictly armidex .5mg/day and primobolan at 200mgs/wk and got unbelievable results... throw on the yohimburn too and pladow... you should rock the house...

The guys pretty much hit them all, clean diet, lots of water and anti e's
