first off, insulin is dangeroues when you don't know how to use it. secondly, if your a newbie you don't need insulin. now some things to remember is for every iu of insulin u inject make sure u take in 10 grams of high glycemic carbs as well. start off with a light dose 2 iu's twice a day. one in the morning upon waking and the other post workout. build up to a good dose. imo not over 12 iu's in any dose but im sure others will tell you higher. don't stay on for more than 6 weeks. as for the rest, do a search bro. good luck.
