First, post your stats including age, years training, and such.

you've been on a diet** for 3 months and only been working out for 2 months??

the last thing you need is Anabolic Steriods.
What you do need is a solid diet and training. we have other forums for you so you can learn how to go about those!!
 
yes i have been usiin a pre-work out and post-work out supp and also protien shakes all powder

thats a good start, if you are training hard at least 5 times a week and getting 150+ grams of protien per day you will grow like a weed for the first 12months.

if your not happy with the results after that try some creatine.

try and wait at least a couple of years before jumpin on

i am take creatime righ tnow and i have notice a big diff but i would like to gett bulk faster lol thats why i was thinkin of it but i just wann amake sure
 
You are not ready for AAS.

Train hard with a solid diet for at least a couple of more years.

AAS is not the easy way to your goals. It's actually the hardest way in many respects.
 
do u think if i work out hard for atleast 2 yrs i will be ready to take it bc i just wanna get bulk lol like i am trying hard
 
I don't know where you will be in 2 years.

My advice - post up your diet in the Diet forum. Post up your training routine in the Weight Training forum. Get critiqued on both and make changes where necessary. Make it clear in both forums what your goals are and the members here will help you achieve them.

If you stick to a solid diet/routine, you WILL make progress. If you have only been training for 2 months, then results should come fast.

I'm curious though - you're 5'7" and 206lbs. How fucking big do you want to get...? Unless you have a high bodyfat %?
 
Yeah bro, spend the next couple years getting your diet and training dialed in. Until you have those 2 aspects mastered you won't benefit from the AAS like you should anyway. It's like adding nitrous to your car before you know how to drive. Over these next couple years as you get these 2 things down you'll make great advances. Good luck, glad to see ya have started training.
 
Did you buy that crap outta the back of a muscle mag? Legal steroids = bullshit!
 
Believe us, working out and getting to the point of where you want to be does not take weeks or months, but years! A lot of hard work in training and diet to get to where you want to be take a long time. Nothing happens over night. You need to stay motivated and just lose some fat to start, that will be tough, but you can do it.
Keep training intense and you will get to you goals. we are here to help
 
If I were you I'd add some kinda fat burner just to speed up the process. Loosing BF is a great motivater for someone new to training. Also I know you want to start bulkin and be huge like everyone wants at first, but you'll be amazed at how much better and stronger you look when you get lean.
