How do I turn proviron powder into caps or tabs?

I took proviron powder with water and it raised my liver enzymes. After I stopped they went back to normal. I have taken proviron tabs from Germany and no such liver reaction happened. Can I turn the powder into trabs or caps and not hurt my liver. What about making an injectible form? I tried the same method as works with T.cyprionate and it crystalized as soon as it started to cool. I usede BB and BA as solvents. Any help is appreciated.......
