How do I test my thyroid without going to a doctor?

I was using QFS Helios for about 6 weeks and stopped using it about two weeks ago. How do I know if I fucked up my thyroid? I never passed 1/2 a cc of the T3 solution for the whole six weeks. I kept it at 1/2 cc the whole six weeks however, I did go up to 3cc for the clen solution.

Get blood work done if your concerned.

low appetite, cold hands and feet, tired more than usual, but go and get your TSH check it's not that pricey and believe me it's worth it...

if you do not want to see your dr., then the AF store has thyroid/hormonal testing.
it is not cheap, but at least it is option....good luck.
