how do i stop these damn pop up banners?

in the beggining i didnt care, but now everytime my url changes 5 different banners come up. How the hell do i stop it?????????????????????

Smashing your computer in with a sand wedge will remedy your problem.

Zone Alarm has a program that is supposed to stop those unwanted banners.... at a cost of a few of you hard earned $$
