You have to go into your profile and go to the buddy/ignore list option which is most of the way down on the left hand side, then manually enter their name. EF's IL list feature sucks. You can still see that the person posted, it just tells you that the message is hidden because they are on your ignore list.

This board really needs to improve the ignore feature so you can't even see the person posted unless someone quotes them. It'd also make their threads "disappear" so you wouldn't see them.
