how do I open a .cbr file?

I downloaded some comics off supernova (sp?) and they are in .cbr format. I chose the option "Find Program On The Internet To Use" and nothing happened.

CDisplay RAR Archived Comic Book File

This is a renamed .RAR file and can be decompressed with any .RAR file utility. The CDisplay program displays the comic book images so it is useful to use for this particular .RAR archive type. Look for a program called 'WinRAR"....should be shareware.

yeah that's it. I didn't sign up or anything. I just opened the page and clicked on search, picked a result and it started downloading in my Shareaze program.

I got those off shareaze... thought I wish there was a way to speed up the torrent download... they are awfully slow.
