How do I measure my liquidex?

I have 20ml of 4mg/ml liquid and 23gage dart. How many drops equal .5mg? 1mg?

i think you gotta experiment and find out how many drops on your own but it seems to me that an insulin needle would be the way to go it measures down to (i think) 1/100 of a cc
