If it's 99% at least then you need to get a measuring scale that can measure in 10 mgs. You measure it out and drink it with grapefruit juice so it absorbs into your system better.

Get a bottle of Proplyene Glycol and dissolve your powder in it. 7.5g powder in 500g PG makes 15mg per ml. Much more accurate than trying to dose it in a cap-m-quick with a filler.
