How do I increase my rbc count?

Xtreme2001

I've constantly been tired, and I was told by someone before that steroids cause an increase in WBC's, and I'm thinking my RBC count isn't high enough, and I'm not getting enough Oxygen.

What kind of supplements would boost my RBC count? Taking Iron? or is there anything else?

If anyone could assist me, I would appreciate it!

Thanks

I've never heard of AS's increasing white blood cells. I know for a fact, however, that AS's will increase red blood cells. In fact, this is a concern of mine because more red blood cells means a more sticky, viscous blood which I for one do not want. In any excess at least. Equipoise and of course any test will increase your red blood cell count. Again, I'm almost positive it will do nothing for your white blood cells. If you're male, avoid iron like the plague. This can oxidize in your blood to form free radicals which cause accelerated aging, disease and damage your body at the cellular level. Try injectible B12 if you're tired, that has helped me quite a bit. I also take Ribose for endurance which I like a lot. Finally, I believe DMG (dimethylglycine) will increase the oxygen in your blood -- if that's a concern. Best of luck.

One other thing I forgot to mention...you may in fact have too many red blood cells. This can definitely cause you to feel sluggish and tired. Why don't you go to the and get a simple blood test? The most basic of tests will tell you the red and white blood cells counts.

I recently had a blood test, my doc told me if anything was up that he would call. He never called back, so I suppose everything was fine.

I'll give the b12 a shot, I've never done it, but I was thinking of adding it to my next cycle before. That would be a bonus if it would work.

Thanks for the advice.
