How do I figure out my calorie intake

Here is my current meal plan and I want to find out how many calories it is

Meal 1 - 9 am - 8 egg whites, 2 pieces of whole wheat toast with ANPB on it.

Meal 2 - 11:30 am - Whey, 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 banana

Meal 3 - 1:30 pm - 8 oz. lean meat, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup veggies

Meal 4 - 3:30 pm - same as meal 3

Meal 5 - 5 pm - Pre Workout - Whey, 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 banana

Meal 6 - 7 pm - Post WO - Whey, Dextrose

Meal 7 - 8:30 pm same as meals 3 & 4

Meal 8 - 30 minutes before bed - Whey w/ water

Drink 1.5 - 2 gallons

then you enter the foods into it that aren't already preprogramed in. use the nutritional info of each food. time consuming at 1st, but once you've entered in the majority of the foods you eat, you'll be set to pick them over and over again from the cutom list you've created.

also use www.calorieking.com for other macro's info.
