NOT TRUE! The term midget is usually applied to physically well-proportioned dwarfs. The term pygmy is applied.

Mysterio, I am near midget size at my towering height of 5'5" and I really dont appreciate the midget cloning idea. I think that you should adopt me and Ill be your midget. I am not gay so none of that man love shit.
