How do I brew test suspension?

Hey guys!

I'm trying to brew test suspension with a twist:

It needs to be able to be pinned sub q with as small a needle as possible (slin, ideally). Can something like that even be made? Should be 50mg/ml or less right? Also a real suspension, so no oils.

Could somebody please set me on the right path?

Hey bro, that's a good idea you have there, its the same one I had! Here is what I did, somewhat successfully:

XX g test susp
20% BB\
2% BA
3% Polysorbate 80
The rest is 50/50 PEG 300 and Distilled water

There is a calculator on .com, its my go to calculator. This will help you the get the exact amounts a little better. In the end, 3% of 200 ml = 6ml (200x0.03=6)... Just a heads up for you mathtards out there.

Okay man here is the fun part; add everything EXCEPT the WATER into your beaker, heat it up until it is dissolved clear, filter that, I use whatman nylon zap cap cause I do a lot of EO brews.. Once you have it filtered you have to split it up into your vials, then you add the clean, pre-heated and pre-filtered water one bottle at a time. Dont worry about drip dropping that shiz either, just squirt it right in there without hesitation When you do so the test suspension will react by precipitating out, it then will look like milk. I had a bit of a hard time drawing it into my pins because I screwed up and didn't have my measurements right, therefore there was less water that PEG. There needs to be 50/50 water and PEG.

Now the Polysorbate 80 is nothing more that a surfactant (acts like a lube, or a soap). This is so those tiny little test particles slide in and out of tight places easier. I would try a small batch without it. Here is why; mine gives me lumps in my stomach that last for days. I mean like six days. In my leg muscle, the swelling was present for 3 days and then it slowly went away. I am sensitive to PEG I do believe but I cant rule out the Polysorbate 80 as the cause of irritation. In the fat this stuff stang real good (sheeee), in the leg it wasn't so bad (sheeee). The next time I do suspension it will be in EO no oil. I'm not convinced it will go through a slin-pin but I do thing it will fly through a 27 gauge and that helps to keep my injection areas in decent shape. Your gonna have to fiddle with this to perfect it but follow my cooking instructions for sure, NO WATER UNTIL THE END! You may also want to consider making distilled water into bac water for this purpose just to be safe... there does seem to be a separation of sorts going on inside the bottle. My next brew will go(200ml);

20g test susp ( round 18.2 ml)
40 ml BB
4 ml BA
3 ml Guiaicol
Roughly 134.8 ml EO

All of it goes in the pot and is heated until clear, then it goes through a nylon ZapCap bottle top filter, and then it goes inside of my no-no areas... yeah! I have not done this but I have brewed many a bottle in my time and I am convinced this will be gtg. I have NPP, Prop, and Mast P all @ 200mg/ml, used the 1.5% Guiaicol and the others in the same manner. I put a c of each for a total of a little more that 3 cc's in the delts without even swelling. I took prop 100 one time and never touched it again for 5 years because of how painful it was. This EO is fantastic stuff as long as your not allergic to it. If you are allergic I truly am sorry for you.
