How do dose Liquid Clen

Hi All,

This is my fist post. I have read and read and read about how to dose Clen but the stuff I purchased came in liquid form- 30ml/200mcg/ml.

All the instructions I have read are for pill form. How do I measure out a 20-40 mcg dosage with this stuff?
