How deep should I inject?

In the past I've used 1 inch pins in the but. I've heard from some that I should be using 1.5 inch pins. Whats up?

if you are fairly thin 1 inch should be ok but if you are thicker 1 1/2 will be needed to get inside the muscle...i assume are you speaking about the glutes..yes 1 and 1/2 will be good for that..otherwise quads will be ok for 1 inch.......dyno

Unless you're a fatass, 1.25 '' needles work in the glutes too.

i use 1.5" in the glute, and 1" in quads and delts . all the way to hilt.

Ive been using 1/2 in the shoulder and it seems to be working fine. Shoulders are huge so I know it's goin in deep enough.
