How cautious to be about gyno before first cycle?

How prepared should I be for gyno before starting a first cycle? Will nolvadex be enough? The last thing I want is some big juicy man tits, and not being able to get my hands on what I need to prevent of get rid of them!

My first cycle will be 250 of sust every 5 days for 8 weeks.

keep nolva on hand,watch for sensitivity and tingling and bumps,also leakage,I get leakage before any sensitivity or anything else
