How can I make changes to the nasal tip ?

Hey guys,
Actually I have one friend and she want to change her nasal tip.I have heared about Miami Rhinoplasty and it inevitably increase, preserve, or decrease nasal tip. Any changes in the nasal skeleton must be made with consideration of the overlying skin and soft tissue envelop.Is it right?
Please help me.
