ON THIS...
any input would be grateful.

im 100% natural - plus vegatarian..

wake up - ripped fuel caps

20 mins excercise

amino acids caps
protein shake
bran flakes/oats
brown toast + peanut butter

11 o'clock 1 pint of milk + yoghurt (and in an ideal world a protein bar)

1 0'clock - ripped fuel caps, amino's- jacket potato, 1 pint of milk

creatine caps, anabolic fuel caps - workout 2 hours

10 mins after - creatine caps, anabolic fuel caps, aminos
protein shake

8 o'clock, protein shake, pasta/rice, amino's

zma caps -then bed time.

i know its not ideal, but please bare in mind im vegetarian
i normally drink about 10 pints of water a day also

You're highly undereating......

what are the goals of this diet?

Keep in mind that lactose digestion can be absorbed low.....
