lol, cmon GL, this is something that ANY computer illiterate person knows how to do.

Highlight the text, go to edit click copy, then go to the email text box and click in there and go to edit and click paste.

what in the hell are you guys trying to do to Gonelifting? he's going to be typing + and - and all sorts of weird key combos beginning with a C and wondering why nothing is working. Keep it simple for the big fella. highlight, right click.....
