How Can I Diet Without Getting Flat??? Help!!! -huch, Ny Muscle, Mods.

Bros,
i am dieting down just to find my abs (ballooned up on last cycle -poor dieting) and want some diet advice cause all i'm eating is 3 meals a day with chicken and salad and three shakes a day with 40g's of protein. what should i do cause i look flat as hell and really haven't lost all that much fat??? any ideas???
also, i'm going to do a cycle this summer and want to look ripped and was wondering how to diet a little for that... i'm doing...
sust 1-8 @ 500mgs/week
fina 1-7 @75mg/day
winny 1-7 @50mg/day
eq 1-7 @ 300mg/week

please help a bother out -you guys are all huge and i'd like to get there. thanks boys!!!
 
Throw some carbs in. Maybe some oatmeal for breakfast w/ protein powder mixed in. Carbs won't kill you, but w/o them you'll look flat.
 
throw arimidex in your cycle...
count your cals to the T (remember what you eat)
eat below your maintainence cals
keep carb and fat intake low (like a 50/30/20 split)
eat clean
eat small meals often to keep your metabolism high
do 30mins of cardio each morning
keep protien intake up
 
ok audio one more question...

how many cals should i eat at 6'1 225lbs and 14%bf to get leaner... also, 50% protein, 30% carbs, and 30 % fat right??? let me know please and thank you.
 
multiply your bodyweight by 10X-12X and that's roughly your maintainence cal range.

yours is 2250 to 2700

so to lose weight, eat at about a few hundred below that....

and yes, 50% of your cals should come from protien, 30% from carbs, and 20% from fat.
 
Pick a day or two out of the week(in between ketogenic bursts) to carb load for glycogen-recompensation.This will really leave your muscles feeling full and pumped.
 
huck so do i go super low every other day???

if i'm 225, 6'1, 14%bf how should my carbs look on most days and how about on high carb days??? please help huck!!!
 
I agree with huck. Also get your complex carbs in early in the day, your oatmeal in the morning etc, and have a protein shake w/grape juice after your workouts. The rest of the day, keep meals clean, and carbs only from veggies. You will still drop bodyfat, but stay full. The carb loading thing works well too after a few days of depletion. Good luck!
