How can fina providers continue?

I can't help but wonder how vet products suppliers that sell fina can continue as they are, or even how they've managed to continue as long as they have by now. After all, it's no secret. It makes you wonder how the feds aren't banging on their doors and scouring their records (unless they are, and perhaps there's some level of cooperation currently happening?). Or perhaps it's simply not worth their time?

converted fina = illegal

You could have a shit load of pellets in your home and get raided and no charges but don't let them see that pretty ass vail of golden oil then your fuck.

So simply said the vet dealers are selling a legal product, what you do with it may not...
