how anabolic is insulin

^^^ yup, not to be a prick at all, but research a lil more about insulin and IGF, and you'll understand why its sooooo anabolic. its also dangerous to take, only cuz it can make you go hypo....needless to say, you need to be very careful. IGF is the reason bb nowadays are so big. read a lil more, you'll see.

Might also be a good idea for oglan to revisit the definition of "anabolism". Insulin does things testosterone simply can't (they're two very different animals), but don't expect to do a cycle of insulin and creatine and get the type of gains associated with sust or anadrol. If you're confused by that statement, don't worry. Just read up. Here is a good place to start:

Much of the info on that page is cut and pasted (crudely) from Anabolics 2002 by William Llewelyn. Any other personal ?s you have beyond regarding AAS or insulin: PM me. Insulin and I have a pretty good rapport together--3 successful cycles and counting.

good to see you e, haven't in a while

Insulin and AAS are two different things. Insulin is the most anabolic hormone due to the fact that is causes tissue buildup, fat and muscle. AAS cause muscle tissue buildup through nitrogen retention. Read up.

thanks for the answers guys. Just wondering i haven't found much info on it's effects only how it works and how to use it with precautions. But i'll wait another 3-4 years adding insulin, meanwhile i'll do the small stuff and leave the real juice for the big guys :D
