Are their different warrant requirements for searching/raiding a rented, privately-controlled and operated storage facility that is ENCLOSED INSIDE A WAREHOUSE, as opposed to a home? Additionally, is there a difference in the techniques that can be used by law enforcement to cast surveillance on someone using an indoor, gated and private storage facility place as opposed to those generic, outdoor public storage sites that are popping up all over the country? Let's say, while the police could watch your activities while using an outdoor, ungated facility, could they get a warrant to have secret surveillance going on INSIDE a warehouse storage facility that law enforcement obviously can't watch from outside unless they are inside, or have recording device inside? I read Rick Collin's book, and couldn't find an answer to these specific questions.
