Hmmm.....could be good pre-bed......soothing.....does it mix well?????

There were a few clumps floating on the top, but not enough to bother me...... Use a whisk....

I'm thinking maybe some milk and reg. cocoa might be better and have cc and whey seperate.....my girl also has some of that keto hot cocoa.....ingredients dont look too shaby

Boil some water or milk or low carb milk and add protein powder sand some Keto Cocoa. MMMMMMMMMMMM. I'd throw the hot water in a blender howver to make sure you got no clumps.

Chocolate flavor Protein + Chocamine + Natural Cocoa + Cinnamon + Splenda = pretty good; add almonds even better, and pretty nutricious :o

Cocoa + milk + cinnamon + almond powder + splenda + 2 egg whites :p

^^ well don't drop almonds in water :o
but, if you have quality pro-powder it will make for a good, thick shake that tastes just a notch below real chocolate. Chocamine really adds that subtle chocolate-y aftertaste and works great with cocoa to enhance the experience. Try it!

^^depends on quality of powder - the least amount of water you need to dilute everything it, the better the shake is going to taste.
you can consume it at any time - having it pre-made is great for having as a snack to down the almonds; it is rare that you can have something that tastes so good and yet is so nutricious (I mean in terms of efficient nutrition, not adipocity-saturating) :o
Just try it!!

I understand this isnt brain surgery, but how does it make a shake if you want to use as little water as possible? Where's the liquid? Or is it a paste?

^^#@%$&$&*$&%
the point is to make it deliver the taste as close to chocolate as possible; the more water you add the more diluted the nutrients become - the taste of water becomes more prevalent which defeats the whole fucking point. This is a brain surgery after all :o
