hormones Sterilization

Can I Sterilization hormones in the autoclave device without crashing or damage

What are the temperature and pressure that should I adjust the machine and what is the length of time

Thanks

You might be able to get away with it without damaging the steroid itself, but you really should just filter. If you autoclave only, then even though the bacteria are dead, the dead bacterial cells are still in there...not something that sounds nice to inject, imo.
0.22 micron filter....its easy and effective.

Ok first of all. Not a good question.
The last step before bottling is sterilizing. This step is also known as filtering. Use a .22 filter. Don't ever bake or Autoclave your hormones. These machines create steam. Steam = water. Do you know what happens when you get water in your powder. = trash/garbage, throw it away.
Read the threads follow the instructions. Its very simple.

I mean hormone after processing the oily body lotion sure you know a company Asia Pharma

I figured I want to know the steps, such as adjust the temperature and pressure and the like

I understand what you mean. I have never baked my gear, I know people bake their oil to sterilize it but that all gets done during filtration anyway so I don't see the need. Unless you have a laboratory grade room you'll never have 100% sterility.

If it makes you feel better, autoclave -after filtration-, 15 to 20 minutes at 121°C, 15 PSI is what is usually used to sterilize water based things that are not sensitive to heat.
I don't know why you would want to do this, since it is not needed and is going to be inefective since the vials are sealed and don't come into direct contact with the steam. If you autoclave unsealed vials, then you get water contacting the oil solution, and thats also bad news.
Autoclave your vials prior to filling, make sure they are dry (very very dry), and then fill through a 0.22 filter. Don't autoclave the finished solution, thats just silly.

don't autoclave oils it will cause staph.

This dude has no idea what he is doing, I would hate to be the sap that buys his gear.
