pretty broad question...
the hpta shutdown is what I think u mean. it stops functioning as u don't need it if u supplement ur system with a steroid. the damage or permanence can vary based on the strength of whats shutting it down and how long it's shutdown for.
sry vague answer but kind of vague question bro.

ahhh ....I didnt pay attention to the forum on my phone.
a lot of times its crashing do to reheating to disolve crystals after it gets cold and crashes the first time. did u have too much water or need more oil?

what oil? Grapeseed, Cottenseed?

What temp did you bring it up to?
What brand of filter did you use?
What size filter did you use?
Did you sterilize the receiver?
Did you sterilize the vials stopper ?
