Do these two properties when used together cause any blood pressure problems that anyone has knowledge of?

Do appitite suppressants and metabolism boosters usually cause blood pressure problems? Not trying to be a smart ass here, I just wasn't aware of any side effects from natural versions of these. To the best of my knowledge, you should be good to go. But I'm interested if anyone else has anything on this.
