honey and jelly???

My mate told me that honey acts as a sort of natural creatine... is there any truth behind this? Is it good to take?

Also is jelly (i think americans call it jello?) at all advantageous in either bulking or cutting?

Just heard both of these things and had no idea either way, so if someone could shed some light id be greatful.

never heard that about honey.

but jello really has no effect on cutting or bulking. jello is just pretty much shitty sugar with water.
 
i heard a teaspoon of honey before and after your workout is supposed to be good for you. Dont remeber the details though. I started doing it and i actually like it, i have more energy during my workouts.
