Homebrew beer?

It's fun as a hobby and all but honestly, the breweries have it down so scientifically to make beer that you can't compete at home IMO for taste.
Temperture, ingredients, time all have to be perfect for good beer
and the WORT will stink up your house while its fermenting.

Give it a shot for the fun of it and to see how beer is made, then enjoy a cold Amber Bock afterwards..

I want to get started brewing some beer for the football season.

Has anyone else on here given this a try?

Im looking for a good, cheap, homemade brew kit that has everything I need. I've searched the net and can only find kits with everything at around 100$..

I was hoping for something along the lines of 50$ to see if it's worth getting into.

Already did this..

I remember seeing a beer brewing kit in a burlap bag that was self contained and didn't need all the extra stuff.. I cant seem to find it now tho.
