Getting ready to put my house up for sale...trying to determine the price. Anyone know of a site to see what other homes in the neighborhood have sold for? www.realtor.com use to, but I don't see it now.

or just call any old realtor and say you want to find the value of your house. let them do the work for you.

yeah. that seems like a lot of work, but then again I'm not in the real estate biz.

We are buying our friend's house that they just recently built...they already want to build again. I get services from a lawyer pretty cheap, so they will be able to take care of all the paperwork for me......the realtors in my area charge 6%.
