What duel?
I am here until Monday. Though this weekend is Gamma Mu weekend and I am booked all weekend long. I will be in Jackson, MS Monday and then onto to Ohio on Wednesday.

Anywho......I'm in Highland Beach........off S. Ocean Blvd. to be specific.........I came down to take my dad to the Lauderdale Manheim Auction....(he picked up an 03' SL600).....I worked out at the Gold's on Spanish River yesterday, and was going to see if you wanted to go own some locals.......but there wasn't much ownage to be had.....it was pretty dead.....
I just woke up and hour ago.....went down to Sobe last night to eat dinner and have a few drinks with friends......got home at 8 this morning, and man am I getting old......
.........so no gym today.......

AAP is always helping people with their diets, offering training tips and advice, and always helping others in any way he can. He will make an excellent mod. And maybe now we can get that thread about Niko the Ninja made into a sticky. That and the one about the fat tub with yellow teeth who got owned by AAP on the incline bench.... I swear I think I ran into him at my gym today! Bastard had a belt wrapped so tight to try and create a waist. He was actually applying oil between sets! Although his teeth weren't yellow, or should I say tooth. The one he did have was more of a green color. Perhaps it's that guys cousin?!
